• Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Claims for faulty or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos for verification.
